Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Built Business OS, a software service for managing beauty businesses, operated by Go Mega Vendas ("we", "us"). By starting a trial or subscription you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Built Business OS provides online tools for scheduling, client management, financial tracking and marketing messages. We may improve or change features over time.

2. Free trial

New customers get a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and you will be charged the monthly price shown at checkout.

3. Subscription and payment

The subscription costs US$19 per month (plus any applicable taxes) and renews automatically each month. Payments are processed by Stripe. We will tell you in advance before any price change.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you keep any statutory rights you have, including the 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies.

5. Your account and data

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the data you enter, including making sure you have the right to store your clients' contact details. You own your business data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including sending spam or unlawful messages to clients, attempting to access other accounts, or interfering with the service's security.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may carry out maintenance when needed.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by e-mail before it takes effect.
