This Privacy Policy explains how Built Business OS ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website or use our software. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

1. Who we are

Built Business OS is a product operated by Go Mega Vendas. You can contact us about privacy at claudiorodrigues.contas@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

• Waitlist data: the e-mail address and, if you choose, the type of business you give us when you join the early-access waitlist.
• Account data: name, business name, e-mail address and phone number you provide when signing up.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Business data you enter: bookings, services, client names and contact details, and financial records you add to the software. You control this data; we process it on your behalf.
• Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and — only if you accept cookies — advertising measurement data (see section 6).

3. Why we use your data

• To e-mail you when early access opens, if you joined the waitlist (consent). You can ask us to remove you at any time.
• To create and run your account and provide the software (contract).
• To process your subscription and payments (contract and legal obligation).
• To send service messages, such as trial and billing reminders (contract).
• To measure and improve our advertising, only with your consent (consent).
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).

4. Who we share data with

We only share data with service providers that help us run the service, such as our hosting provider, Stripe (payments) and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement, only with your consent). We never sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. When this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary storage to remember your cookie choice. With your consent, we also use the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our ads. The Meta Pixel does not load until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

7. How long we keep data

We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 12 months after cancellation, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, invoices kept for tax purposes).

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, e-mail claudiorodrigues.contas@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
